We take utmost care and do strict quality checks to ensure that the items are delivered to you in perfect condition. Our objective is to provide a hassle-free shopping experience to our customers. All our products are handmade.So, please read this note carefully about handmade products-

1. All of our products have been crafted by hand and may have a few imperfections in design, painting, color & embellishment. These anomalies & irregularities are the results of human beings involved in the process. These are the reasons why our products have that handmade charm & are so unique. We embrace it and hope you embrace it too.

2. For Clutches- Locks/clasps of clutches may be slightly different depending on what is available during the manufacturing process.

3. For Potli- Latkans or Tassels might be slightly different depending on what is available during the manufacturing process.

4. For gift bags- The string color might be slightly different depending on what is available during the manufacturing process.

1. For any item that is ready to ship the delivery time will be between 7-21 business days for the USA clients.

2. For custom & bulk orders, for fulfillment we require at least 60-120 business days after we have received payment.

We will aim to prioritize your order.

1. Please note that ParrotHue cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearances as this is beyond our control. 

2. ParrotHue does not take responsibility for import duties and taxes as again, this is beyond our control.

3. Sometimes taxes may apply which are subject to local laws and enforced by custom authorities upon arrival to your country.

4. Should you fail to comply or pay these taxes and your order is returned to ParrotHue you will be liable for additional fees charged and re-delivery.
