Returns & Exchange Policy
Return policy-
- We offer only exchange and have a no-refund policy. A product is eligible for exchange if it is wrongly delivered or damaged or broken or you are not happy with the quality of it.
- Our policy allows for return for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned- Gift Cards, Customised Products & Custom orders.
- To complete your return, please email us at parrothue@gmail.com with an order number.
Exchange Policy-
- It will only be allowed on the condition that the product is returned in the original condition without marks or damage in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above condition/s.
- If you wish to exchange your order, you will need to cover the cost of the return. We recommend that you use a tracked postal method so that the items reach us safely and we can swiftly process the same.
- In a rare instance where return parcels are lost or stolen, we will not be able to take responsibility.
- Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged due to the nature of the purchase.
- All customized, personalized, gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds(if applicable) Policy-
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)-
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
