Return policy-
  1. We offer only exchange and have a no-refund policy. A product is eligible for exchange if it is wrongly delivered or damaged or broken or you are not happy with the quality of it. 
  2. Our policy allows for return for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned- Gift Cards, Customised Products & Custom orders.
  5. To complete your return, please email us at with an order number. 
Exchange Policy-
  1. It will only be allowed on the condition that the product is returned in the original condition without marks or damage in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above condition/s. 
  2. If you wish to exchange your order, you will need to cover the cost of the return. We recommend that you use a tracked postal method so that the items reach us safely and we can swiftly process the same.
  3. In a rare instance where return parcels are lost or stolen, we will not be able to take responsibility. 
  4. Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged due to the nature of the purchase. 
  5. All customized, personalized, gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds(if applicable) Policy-
  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)-
  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
